All VITA volunteers will need to complete the testing requirements prior to the tax season. You may complete the test included with your volunteer student guide and mail to Marjorie Holmes, 4405 Bland Rd, Raleigh, NC 27609. If you missed part of the tax law training, please complete the Link & Learn course.

Tax Aide volunteers should note that the times have been changed to 1pm – 4pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The Tax Aide program will run from February 1 through April 14. Volunteers may call the site coordinator with any questions.

North Carolina Saves wealth coaches and motivational speakers are encouraged to sign their organizations up as Savers Sites. Call Ken at (919) 719-1750 to schedule savers workshops or financial literacy training with your group. Volunteers that have not received training should contact us to learn about future training opportunities. Training is tentatively scheduled for March.
