The next Homebuyer's Seminar will be held on a Saturday at the Chapel Hill Public Library. Fiscal Progress will conduct the information session at the beginning, which is geared toward giving you the facts on what is required for homeownership. We will discuss credit score needs, mortgage myths and sources of down payment assistance.

Ready to Rent

Fiscal Progress provides the credit education course for the Supportive Housing Program in Wake County. This is one component of the Ready to Rent workshops that help those with past credit or eviction problems to be eligible to rent again. The 2009 Fall Housing Fair will again bring together government groups and nonprofit organizations to help you achieve your housing needs and dreams. Fiscal Progress will be providing credit scores to those working to achieve housing and who are interested in homeownership. Join us from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for free credit reports and information from housing partners.
